This is part of a series of demos for the upcoming BHL workshop at the TDWG meetings in Oslo. I’ve built various versions of this tool over the years, and it was inspired by the Google Ngram Viewer: Albert Einstein,Sherlock Holmes,Frankenstein . Below is a comparison between the use of two names for the sperm whale. there is an infamous part of talk page for the Wikipedia article for this species where two people get very, very argumentative about which of these two names is correct.
